Eisenberg and Du receive 2011 ACS Nobel Laureate Signature Award in Graduate Education


This past month, Rich Eisenberg and former graduate student Pingwu Du received the 2011 ACS Nobel Laureate Signature Award in Graduate Education, sponsored by Mallinckrodt Baker Inc. Their work on the artificial photosynthesis and development of new molecularly-based systems for the light driven production of hydrogen from water is outstanding and resulted in this prestigious award which will be presented to them at the Spring ACS meeting in Anaheim on March 29, 2011.
