Kelemen wins UR Undergraduate Writing Colloquium Contest
Rachel Kelemen, a B.S. Chemistry student in the class of 2013, won the Undergraduate Writing Colloquium Contest in the natural and applied sciences category! This contest is campus-wide and provides the winners with a luncheon in Sue B. where they will give a short presentation on their winning papers. Rachel's paper was titled "New Advances in Selective, Versatile Carbon-Carbon Bond Formation: Suzuki Coupling with Alkyl Partners" and was written for her Chemistry 234W course, which is currently being taught by Professor Weix. Congratulations Rachel!!
