Course Summary:
The modern methods and tools employed for the determination of the structure of complex organic molecules will be discussed. Among the areas discussed are basic NMR, IR, UV and mass spectroscopy. Problem solving techniques will be illustrated and problem solving skills developed by means of problem sets and class examples.
